6-WEEK COURSES:

 

  • CORE + PELVIC FLOOR REHABILITATION (LIVE GROUP COURSE)

 

A 6-week progressive exercise course focusing on reconnecting and strengthening the deep core & pelvic floor + managing diastasis recti after pregnancy. 

This rehabilitation course is an  essential step for all new mums before returning to traditional exercise. 

  • FUNCTIONAL CORE STRENGTH (LIVE GROUP COURSE + ONLINE OPTIONS)

A 6-week progressive exercise course aiming to strengthen your entire core unit so it can support you day to day as a mum and during exercise.

This is a more advanced and challenging course for those who have done core rehabilitation already. It combines core strength, full body mobility and flexibility and is diastasis recti safe.

WEEKLY CLASSES:

  • ONLINE CORE STRENGTH & STRETCH 

 

These weekly classes can be taken live online or on-demand at a time to suit. Classes are 40 mins and focus on building strength to the core & pelvic floor, together with mobility & flexibility exercises to release and lengthen tight, stressed out muscles.

Your choice to join live or use the recording in your own time.

  • CORE STRENGTH + MOBILITY OUTDOOR CLASSES

 

This is a drop-in class suitable for all stages of postnatal recovery (post rehab) and peri - post menopause.

Classes consist of low impact core + pelvic floor strength, balance, agility, full body strength, mobility and flexibility.

ONLINE FUNCTIONAL CORE STRENGTH (6 weeks)

(6 X WEEKLY 45 MINUTE PRE-RECORDED ONLINE CLASSES) Available to start anytime: £45

ONLINE LIVE OR ON-DEMAND CORE STRENGTH + STRETCH: 

  • ​Weekly online live classes via zoom. This is a pay as you go 40 min class, Mondays 1pm + Wednesdays 12.30pm. Join live or use the recording in your own time. Access to recordings for 1 month 

  • JANUARY - MARCH OFFERS AVAILABLE SOON...

CORE STRENGTH + MOBILITY: ICKLEFORD (OUTSIDE) 

  • Thursdays 12.45 - 1.30pm (45 mins)

  • Saturdays 10.30 - 11.30am (1 hour)

  • £12 per class
