6-WEEK COURSES:

 

  • CORE + PELVIC FLOOR REHABILITATION (GROUP COURSE - HITCHIN)

 

A 6-week progressive exercise course focusing on reconnecting and strengthening the deep core & pelvic floor + managing diastasis recti after pregnancy. 

This rehabilitation course is an  essential step for all new mums before returning to traditional exercise. 

  • FUNCTIONAL CORE STRENGTH (GROUP COURSE - HITCHIN)

A 6-week progressive exercise course aiming to strengthen your entire core unit so it can support you day to day as a mum and during exercise.

This is a more advanced and challenging course for those who have done core rehabilitation already. It combines core strength, full body mobility and flexibility and is diastasis recti safe.

WEEKLY CLASSES:

  • CORE & CARDIO

 OUTDOOR CLASS - ICKLEFORD

 

This class is an intermediate  - advanced level class, suitable for postnatal (post rehab) and peri - post menopause.

Classes are mat based, outside and consist of exercises for core + pelvic floor strength, full body strength, mobility + balance, alongside dynamic yoga style flows and low impact cardio.
