A 6-week progressive exercise course focusing on reconnecting and strengthening the deep core & pelvic floor + managing diastasis recti after pregnancy. 

This rehabilitation course is an  essential first step for all new mums, to strengthen the insides before returning to traditional exercise.

  • FUNCTIONAL CORE STRENGTH 

​​

A 6-week advanced level exercise course.

This is a more challenging course for mums who have already taken core + pelvic floor rehabilitation.

Each class combines core strength alongside full body mobility and low impact exercises.

This course is perfect for those hoping to return to high impact sports or simply to strengthen for motherhood.

​

Both courses consists of 6 weekly group classes + weekly virtual exercise tutorials, in case a class is missed.

 

Numbers are limited for both courses to allow more personal feedback, exercise correction and bonding time for mums & bubs!

 

Mats are provided, parking is easy and babies are welcome!

​

All participants will receive full health screening prior to each course starting.

​
