This program includes 9 modules packed with information and video tutorials plus 6 weeks of daily core strengthening workouts, virtual consultations, coaching calls and exercise analysis.

MENOPAUSAL STRENGTH TRAINING
4 - WEEK EXERCISE COURSE
This 4 - week progressive online course can be used as an introduction to strength training (resistance) for beginners.

Full health screening, menopause symptom checker and initial consultation provided, to discuss menopausal symptoms, exercise history and goals.

2 x 20 minute weekly (8 total) online strength training classes (using resistance).

Weekly virtual coaching calls provided to check technique.

Bonus "Nutrition for menopausal strength" video by leading nutritionist.

Full cuing and instructions provided throughout each class.
Workouts consists of a warm up, a strength circuit & deep core, pelvic floor strength exercises.​​

FUNCTIONAL CORE STRENGTH
​
6 WEEK EXERCISE COURSE
This exercise course will help you strengthen your entire core unit (deep core, hips, gluts, lower back + pelvic floor) so it can function better to support you day to day as a mum and during exercise.
​

This is an intermediate - advanced level course.
It combines core & pelvic floor strength exercises with glut and hip strengthening, full body mobility, yoga style flows & low impact exercises.
​

All classes are mat based and approximately 40 mins.
​
Classes are all pre recorded and will be emailed to you directly weekly for a 6 - week period.
​
Repeating each class twice a week is recommended.
​
Full screening provided before the first class as well as the opportunity for a virtual consultation.

CORE STRENGTH + STRETCH

MONTHLY ONLINE MEMBERSHIP
You will have full access to the online library of pre-recorded core strength + stretch classes - over 80 available at present and content constantly is added .
​
Th majority of pre-recorded classes are 40 mins long.
Shorter tutorials (between 10-20 mins) are being uploaded.
All exercises are mat based and focus on building strength to the core & pelvic floor, together with mobility & flexibility exercises to release and lengthen tight, stressed out muscles.
