STUDIO CLASSES 

Come and enjoy small group classes in my beautiful new studio, located between Hitchin and Ickleford.

4 classes are available weekly (Timetable below).

Class size is limited to 6 per class to allow for more individual feedback & technique correction.​
​
Mats and equipment are provided + parking is easy.
​
All participants will be fully health screened upon booking the first class.​
​
Package + PAYG options available.


Package: 4 classes in 4 weeks (£50)
​
For the package option, you can sign up to any of the classes within a 4 week period.

Packages expire after a 4-week period.

If a class is cancelled in advance you will be owed a class.

Bank holidays and school holidays may differ  - I will let you know in advance.

£15 per class

*PAYG spaces will be subject to availability

Cancelations must be 12 hours prior to start time.

Latest class booking – 2 hours prior to start time.

CLASS OPTIONS

Monday: 12.30 - 1.15pm 

Wednesday: 6.15 - 7pm 

 

Expect mat based exercises to strengthen the deep core + pelvic floor muscles, alongside full body mobility moves and dynamic yoga style flows.

 

Perfect for strengthening your insides, whilst easing out nagging aches, pains and tension.

2. FUNCTIONAL CORE STRENGTH & TRX CIRCUITS

Friday 12.30 - 1.15pm 

Saturday 10.15 - 11am 

​

This is a circuit class using a TRX suspension trainer, light dumbells and other forms of resistance, alongside mat based exercises.

​

Whilst building core strength and improving posture, exercises are functional - mimicking your day to day actions, perfect for strengthening up for mum life, a chosen sport or mainstream exercise.

All abilities are welcome.

*I would however advise those newly postpartum to see me for a Postnatal MOT Session prior to joining a class.

​

*If you haven't worked with me in the past, plan to arrive 10 mins before the start time to your first class, so I can demonstrate specific core techniques used in the class.
