We are constantly inundated with unrealistic social expectations which make us think our value is in our appearance.


This puts a ridiculous amount of pressure on mums to ‘bounce back’ after pregnancy and look like nothing happened


Your body changed throughout pregnancy and postpartum and it will continue to change every day


Your aim postpartum should be to improve your self care and body function


If you think about function first then aesthetic will follow


My tips:


✅Take your time to heal naturally

✅Work on regaining your core and pelvic floor function

✅ Increase daily mobility and flexibility

✅Release any areas of tension in the body

✅ Check in with a women’s health Physio for an internal assessment before you plan to return to any form of exercise.
